Easter week in southern Spain, Thrity four processions consisting of hundreds of people each
accompanying statues of the Virgin and Christ with full marching bands and silver plate from each Church. Having taken religious vows and dressed as Nazarenos or Penitentes.
Women and men alike parade for five hours and more through the cold March streets of Granada in repentance of sins.
